Since becoming a mother I’ve realized how much more creative my children are than I am. This really blew my min because I’m a creative person, I know thank you captain obvious, you’re and artist which mean by nature you are creative.
As a creative person I can process a bunch of different idea in a short amount of time, and see how successful or unsuccessful something will be. I mean I’m not Doctor Strange, but for an average person, I do okay. Then I had to wonder: How do people who lack creativity figure anything out?
Creativity is the key to so many things, especially standing out and making a memorable impression. Being Creative can help you excel, in all fields, it can make you a valuable and indispensable member of a team. So I’m going to try and give you some tips on embracing you creative side. Or perhaps finding your creative side if it seems to have disappeared.
Tip #1 Believe in your ideas, even the crazy ones: Sometimes, the craziest ideas are sometime the best. Believing in your ideas no matter how crazy it is important because if you don’t believe in them no one else will.
Tip #2 Don’t be afraid to march to the beat of your own drum: Creativity has everything to do with embracing who you are. If you don’t know who you are your creative spirit can’t come through. this is one tip I’ve experienced first hand when depression was ruling my life my creativity was so far away I needed binoculars to see it.
I could give you more tips, but they would all pretty much say the same thing. The key to finding and embracing your creative side means believing in yourself. Knowing who you is the best way to believe in yourself. Take a lesson from a child because they believe in themselves, they believe they can do anything. Watch a child play you will learn a lot about imagination and creativity and maybe a little about yourself .
